Helena Garcia x AHD Serpiente Beaded Lampshade

Serpiente Beaded Lampshade is part of a special print collection created in collaboration with artist Helena Garcia. The name, Spanish for “snake”, reflects Helena’s heritage and her love of gothic aesthetics.

Inspired by Helena’s distinctive interior style—often described as “elevated witch”—the design draws on the drama of the late Georgian and Victorian periods while maintaining a refined modern edge. The result is a richly atmospheric piece that feels both historical and contemporary.

This Victorian-style lampshade is finished with a double layer of tiered fringing and a black beaded zigzag trim, creating a striking and elegant focal point for any interior.

The Serpiente design is also available as wallpaper and heavy satin fabric by the metre.

This lampshade features a Victorian-style frame and layered decorative trim. The double tiered fringe is finished with a black beaded zigzag braid, giving the shade movement and a dramatic, gothic-inspired finish.

This collection is available in velvet only.

Handmade Production

Anna Hayman lampshades create a striking centrepiece in a room and work equally well on a lamp base or as a ceiling pendant.

Each lampshade is handmade to order in the UK. Production takes approximately 4–6 weeks, resulting in a distinctive decorative piece designed to bring warmth and character to your interior.

Lighting and Fabric Options

The Duchess satin fabric allows more light to pass through than velvet, while white lining produces brighter light compared with gold lining. If selecting velvet, using a higher wattage or lumen-strength bulb will help balance the heavier fabric.

Fitting Information

Flex and fitting are not included.

Each lampshade includes your choice of lamp base fitting or hanging pendant attachment. Both fittings are adjustable for UK or Euro (E27) fittings and US E26 fittings.
